Building a new engine. A new weapon. :)

What the hell it is? Well, in fact, I've a spare Engine and recently I am going to rebuild it and enlarge it a bit.

The original data of this engine:

Displacement 1.8L (1781cc)
Cylinders 4
Valves per cylinder 5
Bore diameter 81.0 mm (3.19 in.)
Stroke 86.4 mm (3.40 in.)
Compression Ratio 9.5:1
Oil Capacity w/filter 4.6 qt. (4.35 liters)

What am I going to do?

Ok, I am going to enlarge it a bit. with 83 bore diameter and 95.5 stroke to get more torque at low RPM, and the new displacement would be 2067cc. And, the compression ratio would be changed to 9.0:1.

Assembling photos:

Eurospec Sport Crankshafts with 95.5 stroke.

JE Pistons, 83 bore diameter.

All parts. :) This photo was taken about one and a half year before, wow, it was long time ago.

Next week, I will post some photos for Cylinderhead assembling. :)
