Ok, here is the short description of this product:
The A'PEX Auto Timer allows a vehicle to idle for a preset amount of time after the ignition key has been removed. This prevents hot oil in the engine from solidifying (called "coking") in the oil lines or the bearings of a turbo charger. Proper cool down is essential for a healthy engine, especially if that engine is subjected to the rigors of racing.

It is not so hard to install the timer part by yourself. All you need to do is to find 5 cable to connect:
1. the parking brak switch cable
2. ground
3. 12Volt+ constant
4. IG2 output
5. IG1 output

The O?sensor signal connection would be much harder, you need a VAG-COM or stock computer to read the real value of stock O?sensor voltage. It takes time to set the right value of it. And, of course, you got to find where the O?sensor signal cable is in those cables connected to ECU though there is only one cable you need to wrap. :)

The white cable in the photo is just connect to the O?sensor signal cable:

The A'PEXi Auto Timer stands as a technological marvel. The pen-shaped, compact size makes the Auto Timer one of the smallest turbo timers on the market. This allows a clean and stylish installation virtually anywhere inside the vehicle. The unique multi-angle joystick button allows for easy navigation through the many feature menus. The Auto Timer can automatically determine the necessary amount of idle time based on run time and O?sensor voltage. Or, preset your own idle time from 0 to 10 minutes with 16 increments. The Auto Timer connects to your vehicle's existing oxygen sensor and can display O?sensor voltage, theoretical air/fuel ratio, as well as battery voltage."
